  • Introduction

The MPG128×2 double-roller polishing machine for white rice is a product developed by Kanheng based on the advantages of similar models both domestically and internationally.

This equipment is used in the rice milling process to polish white rice, further improving its smoothness and gloss. It is a key piece of equipment for producing high-quality sugar-coated rice. The machine features an upper and lower roller structure, an attractive design, a reasonable process, stable operation, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and dual-purpose functionality.

This equipment is designed with both parallel and series production lines. In parallel mode, the rice is polished in one pass, achieving the output equivalent to two polishing machines. In series mode, the rice is polished in two passes, resulting in higher precision and smoothness. Users can freely switch between the two modes according to production needs.

After startup, when the amount of rice entering the polishing chamber reaches the lower limit of the set standard, the water pump unit automatically starts supplying water (with automatic heating). When the amount of rice entering the polishing chamber does not reach the lower limit of the set standard or exceeds the upper limit of the set standard, the water pump unit automatically stops supplying water. The water supply will be sprayed evenly and stably into the polishing chamber in a highly atomized state under the combined action of the water pump and high-pressure air, according to the set flow rate, so as to moisten the rice. In the polishing chamber, the moistened rice is squeezed and rubbed between rice grains, between rice grains and rollers, and between rice grains and sieves, and the rice flour on the surface is gelatinized, thus forming a smooth white surface. The airflow generated by the high-pressure blower removes the bran, rice residue, and moisture generated during the rice polishing process from the machine.
